Room rates are includes :	Daily breakfast for 2 people, starting from 07.30 am. -10.00 am. Transfer from Kho Khao Island pier to Hotel on the day of arrival and departure. FREE WiFi internet access. Welcome drinks upon check in.
Children Policy :	Children younger than 12 years old can be sharing the parent's room using bed furnished in the room free of charge. Children 12 years old and above are considered as adults and chargeable at adult price.
Check-in & Check-out :	Check-in; The standard room check-out time is 12.00 pm and check in time is after 2.00 pm. Check-out; For check-out time after 6:00 pm., a full night rate will apply. For any booking that requires a late check-out up to 06:00 pm are possible, subject to availability, a 50 % charge based on the contract rate applies. Late check-out should be requested at the time of reservation. Reservation are held until 5 pm.
Deposit & Payments :	To secure your room, hotel will accept 50% deposit payment online by credit card via our website ONLY.
Cancellation :	Cancellation must be made 30 days prior guest arrival. In case of Cancellation 10% will be charged as a Bank Fee.
